Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our facility. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipment notification.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by your local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Mirne is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All Mirne shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at storemirne@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll resolve it promptly - either with a replacement or a full refund.
