Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In original Mirne packaging with all documentation
• Not engraved, resized, or customized in any way
• Not marked as final sale at time of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Engraved or personalized pieces
• Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
• Gift cards
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at storemirne@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Package the item securely in its original box and drop it off at any carrier location.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Free Ring Resizing

We offer one complimentary resize within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us your order number and desired size. Please note that resizing engraved rings may affect the engraving — we'll advise before proceeding.

Exchanges

Want a different size, metal, or style? Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. Your new item ships as soon as we receive and inspect the original. Exchange shipping is always free within the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
